Audrey Thomasina Fergurson-Sellers, 89, of Temperence, MI, died on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in her home. Born February 2, 1928, in Toledo, Ohio, she was the daughter of Andrew Thomas and Ethel (Van Meter) Sellers and step father, Frank Neal. Audrey was employed with the U.S. Post office for 40 years retiring at age 70. Audrey’s parents were both deaf so signing was a first language. She interpreted for the deaf in the Toledo area and local churches , Cathedral of Praise, Church on Strayer, and Shelton Park Church of God Temperance, Mi.
Audrey is survived by her daughter, Rebecca (Craig) Poupard; grandsons Craig Poupard II (Heather Carey), and Josiah (Jessica) Poupard; and puppies, Sophie and Sassy.
Audrey was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Pam Fergurson.
Memorial visitation for family will be held from 12:00 – 1:00 pm and friends from 1:00 – 3:00 pm with services at 3:00pm , Sunday, April 9, 2017, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI.. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
